Future work

add support for more languages and adapt code and data structures to handle CJKV
- currently supported languages: Czech, Danish, German, English, Spanish, French and Turkish
make internationalized indexing default indexing mode in XSLT 2.0 based reimplementation of stylesheets
- XSLT 2.0 has user defined functions :-)
- XSLT 2.0 has grouping facility :-)
- XSLT 2.0 has better support for collating :-)
- XSLT 2.0 is not yet W3C Recommendation :-(
